THR35DS.store currently ships exclusively within Australia. We do not offer international shipping at this time. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

We use trusted local carriers such as Australia Post or equivalent services to ensure your items arrive safely and in a timely manner. Estimated delivery times range from 6-11 business days, depending on your location. Rural or regional areas may take slightly longer.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. THR35DS.store is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Once an item has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not liable for missing or stolen packages.
